The school and the Regional Centre for Education are responsible for the school and surrounding property. This includes playground equipment and natural playground space. As the property owner, the RCE must ensure ccompliance with applicable legislation, design, construction, maintenance and insurance requirements, including

3. Land use/design policies that apply to a playground site:
